Made to Order
Each piece is made to order and typically requires 5–6 weeks for production prior to dispatch. Once
completed, your jewellery will be carefully packaged and shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping within Australia
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping — $12 AUD
- Express Shipping — $18 AUD
All parcels are sent with tracking and signature on delivery. Please note that express shipping applies to delivery only and does not shorten production times.
International shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $40 AUD via Australia Post.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Any import taxes, customs charges or local duties imposed by the destination country are the
responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
details.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as changes may not be possible once
your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
Returns and exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, and custom or personalised pieces are final sale. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a piece arrives faulty or isn't as described. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll make it so.

Ring sizing
If you're unsure of your size, being professionally sized by a local jeweller gives the most accurate fit. Buying a gift? Confirm the recipient's size as closely as you can, since some designs can't be resized. A ring sizer is also available to buy for sizing at home.
